I liked the shopping area i this liked the hotel. I guess you get what you payed for they need to upgrade the rooms a lot more for the price they charged.

the cleaning team makes too much noise in the early hours of the morning and the breakfast is very bad, if they improve it is perfect

The only advantage of this property was the location since it's within the heart of 'Manhattan, New York," But everything else are terrible, this particular "Hotel Pennsylvannia" needs to be demolish and needed a renovation 'Badly,' - the doors, knobs, toilet bowls, shower, the tiles inside the restroom are extremely obsolete and 'very, very very old,' Including the 'Cooling and Heating' system which is 'Very Old Fashioned,' and you cannot even adjust or set the 'Cooling temperature' because the 'Control Knob' was missing. Very poor facility maintenance.

To ensure we keep up with our guests' needs, we have purchased check-in kiosks to speed up that process for our guests. That process can be challenging, especially when we encounter a large tour group arriving by bus, which may slow down the check-in process. The worst hotel in NYC. The staff is very ignorant & no people skills. Horrible customer service. Never stay at this hotel & not expect to be robbed or even sexually abused downstairs. I’m contacting cooperate office to make sure a thorough, & major investigation is being conducted..Never go to a garbage place during the holiday season..

The check in is terrible service. And very rude and the lady in front desk she can't give the option and resolve my questions.
