This hotel is in an excellent Manhattan location, close to Central Park and Time Square. We stayed here 4 years ago, and decided to come back based on that stay, but the property is suffering due to maintenance issues. I'm guessing there has been a new owner since our last stay.

Location is perfect. But hotel is a mess, partially under renovation, there are no restaurants or room service, 6 out of 8 elevators we out of order, rooms and hallways in disrepairs . Escalator down to street was out of order.

Would never stay again it was a 2 star. Great location but rooms are not in great condition, hence had to move rooms once then offered again to move due to shower issues!

State their circle times in the past. But it's been a while the period the place definitely needs To be remodeled.. It used to be a pretty amazing hotel to stay at. All the restaurants and bars are now closed. I have heard that they are only to remodel

I was promised a room by 3:00. When I got there at about 5;00, I was informed that my room was still occupied; the previous guest had requested an 8,00PM check out, which the hotel granted! I was left to flounder. The rooms are beyond small. The room I finally got had a coat rack for hanging clothes, but 0 space to unpack. There was a small table which I used to pile up clothing. In my room the safe was broken (unusable), the faucet wasn’t tightly connected to the sink, and they didn’t replace used towels or wash clothes daily. Some members of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but others were curt and dismissive. They charge over $30 per day as a “resort fee,“ but you get exactly “0” for this money. It just jacks the price up without being part of the “room rate.”

We paid for a facility resort fee. We had no wifi in our room. There was a hotspot that we could use but there was three of us so basically no wifi. Only two elevators worked the entire stay and we constantly heard complaints from other guest about the elevators. This made long wait times. We were in the 11th floor so not too fun to walk the stairs. When checking out we did get one day of the facility resort fee removed. I believe all days should have been removed. There was a $10 per day drink coupon which we never used. We tried a few times but it was too busy. No seats and no defined line to stand for a drink. Not worth the wait. The wifi did work in the lobby. The gentlemen that hold your luggage downstairs were extremely helpful and friendly. The first day our room hadn’t been cleaned when we returned after 6pm. I mentioned it to the desk clerk who was not friendly however our room was cleaned when we returned

Sheets were stained and had holes in them. Lobby was very nice. Carpets need to be replaced. Room was very tiny.

location is good!The room is not as clean as it supposed to be. Towels were not well washed and Saw a giant cockroach in my bathroom.
