I like the location of this hotel. Very convenient. Staff was excellent.
I did not like the "aroma" that is piped through the entire hotel. Artificial fragrances are irritating to me. I also did not like that time the mezzanine opened with coffee. It did not open until later on the weekends.

Liked the location, the complementary light breakfast, and the evening reception in the lounge.
Did not like the indifferent attitude of some of the reception staff.

Kind staff,cozy hotel,great breakfast and most important fancy happy hour !!
Only negative comment is the faucet gets full of water and shower small space.Clean hotel and few steps from the Broadway street ,very centric .Very recomendable.
