Overall, great experience at a great hotel. Awesome location (few blocks away from SoHo) and excellent facilities. However, their “self-service” approach comes across as “lack of service” sometimes, since you have to do everything yourself. I checked out and stored my bags for a late night transfer to the airport and there was nobody available to help me and I had to carry all my bags and to the cab myself (6bags).

Great location, nice amenities. Escalator was not working, caused some delay and inconvenience.
