We had a great stay, the staff were helpful and courteous , location was perfect, only complain was the small elevator- i would stay here again

Room was spacious and had many outlets for charging all devices my party traveled with.

I like to location. Very close to all the action in Times Square.
I don’t like the hidden $32 something per day facility charge that is not included when you book in Expedia and is billed separately when you check-in. This is buried in Expedia fine print after you book.

Loved the location of this hotel. Front desk person (Alena) I think her name was, was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the shower. Took forever to get temperature right and then water kept getting bursts of cold. Not good water pressure. But I would definitely stay here again.

First time staying. Location was great. Close to all the shows, but on a quiet part of 48th just past 8th. Safe, clean, and comfortable. Only quibble with room was shower wasn’t a consistent temp, and I almost burned myself. Also, daily resort fee was high with really none

I loved this hotel! Very close to Times Square!!!
Safe quiet street, away from the craziness of Times Square. Front staff are awesome! Very helpful!
I just wish there was coffee in rooms, but there’s free coffee downstairs, that’s good! Oh! One night I wanted tea and the staff was sooo accommodating! I will stay there again!!!

The hotel was fine. I booked a King room for my son and I (no doubles were available). However, when I arrived, the front desk clerk offered me an "upgraded" room that would have a queen bed but would be "way nicer" than the king room I had booked. I reluctantly accepted the upgrade despite the smaller bed. However, I learned the next day, after visiting a family member's room, that I had been conned into accepting a smaller room with a smaller bed that was otherwise exactly the same as the king room I had booked. Not a huge deal except for the fact that I was intentionally duped into accepting a smaller room and bed than I had booked based on the blatantly false assertion that it was a nicer "upgraded" room.
