I love the proximity of it. It was close to everything, in a convenient location, & the facility was well maintained. Only downside was the size of the room, but we made it work.

The pictures are completely deceiving. We paid the extra to get a room with a queen bed and a view. And the room is LITERALLY the size of a very small bedroom. The bed WAS NOT a queen it was the size of a full. Me and my husband were so uncomfortable. The mattress literally has a spring sticking out. The bathroom shower and toilet was so old and out dated that it was nasty. And the windows have no screen on the 29th floor. You literally hear sirens ALL night long. Also beware that when you check out they have several hidden fees, everyone has to pay $80 of hidden fees when leaving. And they charged us $50 to check in before 4pm, we were exhausted so we ended up paying it.
Just don stay here, save yourself. It’s a complete jip, uncomfortable, and dirty.

Location of property is its best attribute. Next door to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station.

There were no benefits for staying at a VIP hotel. No early check in, they charge $5/bag to hold bags for even 1 hour after staying 4 days. You pay $39/day (mandatory) for gym and business center. I paid a room upgrade and the bathroom still so small you can hardly move. Staff was wonderful but no perks what so ever for booking VIP hotel.

It is the worst "VIP" access hotel in expedia that I have ever been to. We reached early in the morning and requested early checkin. Forget about early checkin the room was not even ready by 3:00 PM which is the usual checkin time. Run down facility. Bathroom was terrible.
Only upside is location of the hotel. Very easy to get in and out as Penn station is right opposite to it. Area generally feels safe there. For the nerds, it is close to BH electronics store which I really enjoyed.

Near pennstation and touristic areas.
We ask for two queen beds, we slept in two Twin bed. Room size was ok, we upgrade for city view and the view was not the best for the prize.
Tik tok too expensive
