Charged $40.00 “facilities fee” for gym and wifi, neither of which we can or want to use( my husband is a cancer patient). Staff does not care. Treats you like they are doing you a favor to take your money. Bar/restaurant extremely expensive; went to local pub to eat and drink. Had jacket stolen from my chair when I went to use the bathroom, which is only accessible with a key card, so if you have checked out, pretty inconvenient. I will need to be pretty desperate to return again. Location good for cancer center; that is why we use this hotel.

On getting to my room found sink faucet not working. Called, reply was that they would send someone. Did not do so. Later told front desk as I was leaving for dinner. Still no one came. No heat. No extra blankets. I froze. Outlets on night stand lamps did not work. Could charge phone only in bathroom. Shaved, brushed teeth with shower water in a cup.

I liked the room it was clean and good for two people, even though it was on the smaller size. The room itself was a decent size but the bathroom was tiny, my boyfriend had to have the door at a weird angle and sit facing the shower to sit on the toilet. I feel it was overpriced, but being in the middle of Manhattan I understand it was in a good location making it easy to access the subways. It also had everything needed nearby so all within a 10 minute walking distance.
