I like that the watson is close to just about everything. I didnt like that on my last night someone connected to our ventilation was constanly smoking weed making our room stink. Security was unable to identify where it was coming from. Because of this i would not reccomend this hotel to anyone with kids.

Second time staying here. Definitely a good value for NYC in a convenient locating. Room was clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar is nice and the rooftop pool in the summer is a treat. There is a good pizza place right around the corner from the hotel, great for late night!

Room was noticeably larger than most hotel rooms in NYC. The layout of the room was excellent with the right amount of furniture

When I stayed I got room infront of road and mt Sinai hospital and very noisy

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years - most previously when it was a Holiday Innn. The quality of the hotel, rooms and amenities has definitely gone down. The door to our room did not close tightly - it wiggled in the lock. People were having a normal conversation in the hall just outside our door at 11:30pm and it sounded like they were in our room. They weren't doing anything wrong and I'm sure didn't realize, but as the conversation went on and on, I eventually had to ask them to turn down the volume.
