We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating. It was a good location and it was beautiful.

Booked 2 wks in advance thru Expedia, day before my arrival I called to confirm my room and was told they do not have a reservation for me, referred me back to Expedia. Not sure who dropped the ball, but the staff played games with my phone calls and the phonecalls of the Expedia reps, and ultimately had to be relocated to another hotel. Westin employees Very unprofessional. 3 days later my credit card was charged a No show fee!!!

The location of the hotel is very convenient but it is very disorganised and chaotic. The front desk is not appealling at all
