"We began with a nice room facing Mt.Chimborazo, but the WiFi didn’t work in that room. After complaining, we were moved into a huge room that had an adjoining room with a fireplace (no wood) and a nice seating area that we were unable to use. The WiFi worked OK but we scheduled breakfast for 7am to catch a bus to Aluasi but no one was there when we came for breakfast, so we skipped it and made our bus deadline. Overall the hotel was OK, considering we were the only guests there."
