“Room was in good condition and clean. Breakfast items included Scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, two cold cereals, pot of oatmeal, yogurt, juice, a small number of fresh fruit, bread, and bagels. Very close to Interstate 80 and restaurants. They add a $50 incidentals charge upon check-in that is to be credited after check-out. I don't care for these types of charges as you need to keep track of whether your credit card is credited as stated. There isn't a clock in the room, and we didn't……

“Great place and very helpful staff”

“We have stayed here twice and the staff, cleanliness, hotel ambiance and amenities are excellent. Check in staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is inexpensive and the staff is working hard to keep food refreshed and they were very pleasant. The hotel and eating areas are nicely decorated and comfortable too. We are happy to have found this hotel for when we visit family in Kalamazoo.”
