“Fijne kamer schoon en super service”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“The hotel is fabulous. The only minor negative is I feel the sun beds are a bit close together. Staff are lovely, food delicious, Italian restaurant superb, prices reasonable.. Enjoyed the Pilates classes and the other entertainments.”
