"i was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. based on the overall rating, I was expecting a different experience. the room was updated and very clean. location was convenient. i would definitely stay here again. we were only here for 1 night after a concert, but it would be good for longer stays as well. the kitchen area was nice - full size fridge, small stovetop and a microwave. the only negative is that the walls seem to be VERY thin. unfortunately we had a woman in the room directly next to us that decided to start her day (at 6:30 am on a Sunday) by screaming at someone on the phone. it woke us up and then once her voice came down to a normal volume.. we realized we could STILL hear her. thankfully we were able to turn the air on and drown her out so we could go back to sleep. but it was still pretty annoying. not necessarily the hotels fault, but should you end up in a room next to noisy people.. you will likely be able to hear them through the walls. maybe request an end room if noise bothers you. "

"The front desk gave us great info on restaurants in the area. They made to go bags for breakfast for us, as we had to leave early before breakfast was available (or so we thought). We went went to check out breakfast was open, so they told us to go ahead and get the hot food. They were very accommodating."

"We enjoyed our month-long stay. Chris was a great communicator and responded promptly to any issues that came up. The home is quite spacious with the primary bedroom separate from the other bedrooms – which is great for a family or two couples. There is plenty of room to relax, play cards and enjoy a meal; inside or outside.We had no issues with the wifi and tv's. Watched every Blue Jays game ;)The heated pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool every day and even a few evenings as the weather cooled off. Having a hot tub is a bonus and we used it regularly. There are many bath and pool towels. The neighbourhood is quiet and has several trails and parks. We brought our e-bikes and explored Power Ranch, Queen Creek and the San Tan Mountain trails. It is a safe area, and we loved walking at night after the temperatures dropped.We would have no problem recommending this home. "

"Loved this space! Felt bigger than the pictures showed. Plenty of space on for our group of 11! Even with three of us working for part of the time. We paid to heat the pool which was a must with a toddler! We would stay here again! "
