“The house was as advertised! Older. Convenient location. Clean. Had a couple of minor issues… smelled of smoke upon arrival but once the air purifier was turned on, smell went away. One of the door frames were broke which hendered the bedroom door to stay closed. ”

“The location was perfect for a weekend stay. Quickly out of traffic from Michigan International Raceway and a quick 25 minute trip back to the loft. Property was clean and there were good restaurabnts easily within walkng distance. Parking was abundant as statwed. Definetly will look to book again if we return for the races next year!”

They expressed great concerns and did everything they can to make us feel that they cared ! Kimberly went above and beyond , she called the very next morning after our scheduled check out spoke with me in a concerned and caring matter assuring me and assured that she will following up and that if there was any problem with my refund with my Expedia to call her .
