“De accommodatie was erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie is precies in het midden tussen het centrum en het strand. Om naar het centrum te gaan kun je met de bus of 40 min te voet. Enige minpunt was dat we een hele lage waterdruk hadden zowel bij de douche en de wasbak. Is overigens wel naar gekeken maar kon niet direct geholpen worden. Het water in het zwembad was momenteel niet heel erg schoon, het personeel was hier wel bewust van. Verder een heerlijk verblijf.”

"It’s definitely a great hotel in Valencia. They even managed a birthday surprise for my wife, when we arrived."

"We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. The room was tidy at the first glance. They got welcome drinks. Good view from the windows, as it is very close to the art and science museum. Close to the supermarket. You could fill up water from the corridor to stay hydrate. This hotel is next to the mall, you could dine in from the restaurants there. Here are some of the cons of staying in this hotel: The toilet had some kind of smell from the pipe. For the housekeeping, the cleaners needed to have further training. The room keeper left the soaked pillow case on the room chair on the third day. We didn't know it was soaked with what kind of liquid. And it was quite annoying. On the fifth day, there was a used small towel had been thrown on the chair again. One morning, the housekeeping and maintenance guys kept making some noise from the other rooms at the same floor unstop. I didn't expect my resting time would be disturbed by this incident."

"Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned."
