Only had one rude experience with Eloise at the front desk 😒 Anabel was extremely helpful and polite so was Andre thanks to them,,I would look for them for questions during my stay, Eloise could use some customer service!!!! "Absolutely spotlessly clean hotel and rooms. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help with everything. It was my son’s birthday and they went out of their way to make him feel welcome and special. They put a birthday cake and complimentary bottle of champagne and wine in his room. I can’t thank the staff enough for making our stay everything we could have asked for. "
