“Fantastic cabin for my family - including 2 teens! Everyone had their own space and privacy and the WiFi and cellular service were great. The stream across the street is beautiful! It was only about 20 minutes or so to some great restaurants and a grocery store. The location was beautiful and there were great places to walk with our dog right near the cabin. Close enough to New River Gorge to enjoy the park but not at all crowded. We were looking to get away from stress and this was just what……

“Great place to disconnect from stresses of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing lifesyle. Creeks to splash in, river to float, mud puddles to splash in and dirt roads to adventure down. Everyone was so welcoming from liz, bars/restaurants, to the locals. The road up started the adventure and set the tone for getting away from it all. Id call it a primitive setting, no bells, no whistles, but just what we needed. If i did need a bell or whistle, liz would have procided it quickly. Cant say enough……

“So many fine details. Found ourselves almost mesmerized with them. Must do property if visiting the New River Gorge National River and Park at Fayetteville. Perfect location and secluded too.”

“The cabin is well maintained and everything was in working order. A couple of items that would help would be the access to the stairs from the driveway (maybe add one or two more stepping stones from the drive to the path up to the stairs. Another thing that would have been nice was more comfortable seating in the TV area. We had a rainy day and stayed in to watch TV/movies and found it difficult to be totally comfortable.Although not the owner's issue, the roads in and out from the cabin are……
