the location of this hotel is very good, walkable to the Hakata station, very convenience!
one of the front desk female staff is super friendly, sorry I didn't ask her name, but she has smile on her face all the time even she is so busy to store the luggages, she is awesome and love her energy! all other staffs also very nice too;
the hotel restaurant has offered free juices and we love it;
we booked our room with a kichenette and we really love it, of course has to mention the washer dryer, that is super! they are using Refa hairdryer, shower head and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel; also the lobby has a jukebox and they have placed some black vinyl records that is a cool display.

It was a contactless check-in. It’s kinda nice, but I think I would prefer to have a physical person there for any questions and recommendations. The room was more spacious than we expected, which was nice.
