Discover nature at its finest as you explore Frontier Park (3.4 miles), the Angel Fire Resort (4.3 miles), Eagle Nest Lake Park (15 miles), and Red River Ski & Summer Area (33 miles). Driving up the driveway of this stunning home, you'll instantly feel right at home. Walk inside and discover a well-decorated main living area equipped with plush seating, a foosball table, and a large TV. The kitchen comes well-equipped with its pretty, powder blue cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and cute breakfast bar. Enjoy the warmth radiating from the stone fireplace as you indulge yourself in a delicious meal at the adjacent dining table. Also available for your convenience, a private washer/dryer is available in the main living area. All bedrooms are bright and feature fantastic outdoor views and plenty of storage space. Step outside through one of the many outdoor access points onto the wrap-around balcony where beautiful views and excellent wildlife watching can be done no matter the time of day. The WiFi satisfied the older boys for their gaming needs and the deck and swing kept the girls occupied. I was able to cook to several meals in the stocked appliance kitchen. The location was perfect for family golf and fishing. We were all big fans of the beautiful A frame home. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of elk and babies roaming. We stayed 3/16/23 thru 3/19/23\. We arrived to 4' of snow. The cul-de-sac nor the property drive way were cleared of snow and our 4X4 truck got stuck, we had to walk through the snow throughout our stay. We paid a tow service to get the truck out. The front door lock hole would spin so it was hard to unlock and lock the door. No access to the garage so we had no shovels and Vacasa said they would send someone to bring us one, no one ever showed up. The shower rod and curtain were left laying in the tub. The coffee machine was not cleaned and the filter with coffee grounds was left in it too. The Teflon on the pots and pans was peeling real bad and they were completely scratched, the cookware is just old and should not even be used. No basic condiments like cooking oil or sugar.
