“Walked in and had a wonderful talk with the Front Desk staff. The hotel was very clean on the outside and inside. Lovely Breakfast with freshly ground cup of coffee and a touch of a button Pancake maker. Had a pool but it was to cold to go swimming outside, boo.. Room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the Blackout curtain in the window. Beds were comfortable. After, riding in the car for 8 hours my little girl was playing in the parking lot /lawn and fell down and hurt her knee and the……

“Incredibly dirty. There were stains and debris on the floors and carpets in the main areas. There was a pile of laundry stacked on the floor near the elevators on our floor. In the room, there was trash still on the bathroom floor, so it was obviously not swept. There was an odor in the building that was obviously being covered up with air fresheners. Parts and pieces falling off of fixtures attached to walls. Chips and scuffs in all of the walls. Overall, the condition of the entire hotel was……

“There were coins in the floor and there was an awful smell in the air at the hotel the whole time. Staff was very friendly, but the hotel could use a remodel and they could clean them a better. All in all it was not a bad stay, just a few things that could be better! ”
