Family Reunion Weekend
We had our family of 14 stay for the weekend and this place was amazing! We loved the different room setups to accommodate everyone in addition to the outdoor space. We used it every night!! Would stay again!

First time staying near Black Mountain. Plenty of open green space for the kids to play and room to explore. Great private/secluded location, but still close enough to town to do everything you want to do.

Great Fall Break
Our family loves the mountains and NC in October. The house was very clean. Perfect layout for our family - we enjoyed the outdoors as much as the inside. Boys loved playing football outside and roasting hot dogs on the campfire. Loved it and thank you!

Anniversary Getaway
Beautiful home. Location a bit difficult to navigate. Several of lightbulbs out including master shower and kitchen. There was a communication misunderstanding with the storing of garbage. We ended up taking it to a collection location. Patio areas are fabulous. The outdoor cushions are getting worn. Overall loved the home and grounds. Thank you.

Quiet Clean Retreat with Peaceful Views
Spacious remote house with plenty of amenities to pass the time. The property sits down in between two tree lined hills where you can sit on the porch or at the fire pit to listen to the wind and gaze at the stars. Just make sure to follow the directions provided because not all maps lead directly to the house. Excellent stay for 4 couples! Highly recommended!

Great cabin for families
The cabin was perfect for our family and the surrounding property was beautiful. We stayed in tHe winter so we didn’t use the outside space much but it is perfect for use in the warmer months. Highly recommend.

Family vacation at Black Mountain
The views and property were great at the cabin. We enjoyed several nights around the campfire - the woodpile was well stocked and the weather was great. When we arrived, 2 doors were unlocked (the master bedroom door wasn’t even completely shut -this was a little disconcerting). The water filter on the refrigerator needed to be replaced and some of the light fixtures needed to be cleaned -the lights were dim. Other than those items, we had an enjoyable family vacation.

Weekend Getaway
We were looking for a place close to Sevierville and Gatlinburg to stay for a long weekend and found this property. We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the out door fire pit and outdoor games provided. Would recommend this property to others.

Great stay for our long weekend
Two families enjoyed a long weekend here. We loved the time spent at the house. The wide open spaces of the property was perfect for the kids. The house had plenty of space, was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for us to make a few day trips to different areas. Chimney Rock and Hooker Falls were a few of our favorites. Our first day was spent in Asheville for lunch and shopping and Lake Lure wasn’t too far. The restaurants and little town of Black Mountain had something for everyone. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful, remote property
The house was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. Open design, lots of room, and beautiful materials and details throughout. We really enjoyed the fire pit and badminton. Very peaceful and quiet.

Space & Privacy
This is a very nice property. We especially loved the big yard, porches, fire pit, fire places and common areas. It was so inviting to have the firepit ready upon our arrival. We loved walking the yard to chill out after our travels! There's plenty to see in this area too. We did Catawba Falls, Mt Mitchell, Little Switzerland, Tom's Creek, Falls, Linville Caverns, Lookout Mountain, and the town Black Mountain all in our 4 night stay. The nearby Straightaway Cafe did not disappoint for a casual quick bite and/or drink! Thanks so much!

Can’t wait to come back
My family unezpextedly needed a place to call home for a week and thankfully found this cabin. We just loved it. We only ised half the rooms. The layput was pen yet you have your own space if need be. Loved the industrial touches. I am very particular about “clean” and I noticed zero issues. We loved bisiting downtown Black Mountain (Sassafras is my favorite store on the planet now) and visited A’ville several times after virtual school. We had a couple blips such as the internet being slow (but doable) due to a satellite issue but Yonder folks proactively came up with a solution that was great. I found this canin to be a goldilocks of sorts - it was very nice and well kept, and squeaky clean as I mentioned, yet it was loved in enough that we weren’t afraid to move. Loved the open yard and creek. Was appreciative for an easy driveway and gladly exhanged mountaintop views for easy access. Special thanks for being pup friendly. We could not have come this time without him. We can’t wait to go back for a leisurely trip when we can explore the land and basement rec room etc. more!

Great luxurious home in a secluded setting.
Annual father daughter trip. The girls loved playing in the massive lawn. So excited to see several deer cross the lawn in the mornings. The fire pit was great to sit around in the evening, and there were more than enough places to eat even for our group. Nice big well stocked kitchen. We loved it.

Best getaway
This house is amazing! It is in the absolute best location. 20 mins to black mountain, 20 mins to Old Fort, 30 mins to Asheville. It’s incredibly private with a large yard - perfect for tiring the dogs out! The house was clean and comfortable for our group of 6 and it would comfortably fit more. Will definitely be renting again!

This was the perfect rental, it had everything needed and more! It had plenty of space for 3 couples to each have their own space. The basement and large property were great for our kids. Cant say enough good things!
