Weve always stayef at this motel 6 for the passed 7yrs and it seems like if its our first tme very welcome nice and peaceful safe n quiet not 1 prb since amd the dtaff very nice rooms very clean my favorite motel 6 here and everything works . Is an A plus for me :)

I've stayed in this Motel 6 location many times before in the past and I'll most likely stay there again in the near future. The front desk clerks and housekeeping crew have always been extremely welcoming, courteous and super friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of!!!

The water was out for my entire stay and that was stressing to deal with because apart from getting the room from a business trip I extended to take a shower and couldn’t.

While there for one night there was 4 roaches crawling around and the room smelled like raid. This is a horrible place to stay and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. The bed was on a wood platform that didn’t even cover the entire mattress so the edge of the mattress was just dangling.

Room improvement need asap.

The room smelled damp all the time, bugs crawling on the ceiling that has water damage. The table is falling apart with screws sticking out.

Nice room sketchy locale

The room itself was extremly clean and well furnished. The exterior though was just lacked luster. There was alot of people always hanging out in the parking lot. The vending machines (all 3) didnt work at all. And house keeping made it a point to knock daily at 9am asking if your checking out waking me up every time. That was frustrating to say the least. Other than that, overall, 6 out of 10.

Ashtray Room.

We are from Louisiana. When we arrived we were assigned non-smoking room 220. Opened the door to put our cloths in and the room smelled like we were inside a ashtrsy. Contacted front desk. They give us another non-smoking room 108. Walked inside that room and it had same smell OMG! We were attending F1 race weekend at Circuit Of America's race track. With no rooms available in the area for under $1000. We was faced with accepting this room or go home. We apprehensive stayed covering our heads under covers trying to sleep Friday and Saturday night. When I went to front desk for second room I explained I was allergic to smoke! They gave me second non-smoking room that had a repulsive smell same as first room. I would not stay there again under any circumstances.

The front desk lady was nice. However, the motel wise is old and has cockroach on the floor. The water and everything was not as clean due to old appliances. For $168 for a double bed room. Of course giving $30 more, you could find a better place

Worst experience

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. I had booked a room for $412.77 for the weekend as I was attending the Formula One race, but upon a very late arrival, I discovered that the room was dirty and infested with roaches. When I spoke to the young man at the front desk, he informed me that there was no manager on site and no other rooms available. This left me with no choice but to check out immediately, leaving me with no place to stay for the night. This level of service is completely unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The fact that there was no one available to address the issue and provide a solution is concerning. It is also concerning that such a hotel would have issues with cleanliness and pests. This has left a negative impression on me and I hope you can address this issue and ensure that it does not happen to any other guests in the future. Thank you, Carlos Diaz Room 216
