"We wanted somewhere different to stay during our vacation to Miami so we picked this boat. We didn't feel the host communicated with us very quickly initially, but he did eventually answer all our questions pre-trip. We got a lengthy legal document to sign the night before arriving, we looked it over and signed it at the last minute. The boat was picked up, but seemed a bit musty - our allergies kicked in right away and stayed a few days afterwards. A few things were a bit aggravating: coffee...

"Location is great! Too bad we were not informed the pool would be closed during our stay, kids were really disappointed. We got a real early check in and we appreciated that. Unfortunately Alejandra, the property manager was not quick to respond to questions and complaints. Guest room had no curtains, only damaged blinds, there was no info on wifi to be found, there were little cockroaches, the boiler closet was filthy/nasty, batteries of the doorlock needed to be changed, and for an appartement...
