“The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon.”

“Our stay at Visimo Apartments in Chur was excellent from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right in the charming old town with beautiful cobblestone streets. The apartment itself is newly furnished, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We did encounter a minor issue with the sofa bed linen not being fresh, which we noticed late at night. However, the hosts responded immediately and handled the situation promptly and professionally.
