“Between the ac in the hot weather being effective. And the house being spotless. This is the premier place to stay if you have a large group. On top of everything. The host is accommodating and respectful”

“Behind the main house apt.unit was very cute & just what we needed for our short stay. As described in the Vrbo online sight. We asked for early entry on arrival day & it was granted for a $20 fee (we were 2 hrs early). Only issue was the fishy smell upon entering, but that was the neighbor who was cooking & it must have filtered thru the ventilation system. Opened all windows/doors, notified owner & asked for Lysol spray which was delivered. After tenant left, orders were gone as well. Great……

“Central to many places we were touring like Pasadena, Huntington Library, first In-N-Out Burger. The host provided easy to follow and clear instructions to check in/out. Had all the basic small appliances and a good fridge w/ freezer. Cute restaurant at the end of the block to walk to in 3 minutes a for great breakfast or dinner (Guadalupe's). We also took a walk around the block and felt safe as it looks like a quiet residential neighborhood in transition between older housing stock and……
