"The stay experience exceeded all expectations. Room was incredibly clean; bed was comfortable just the way we like it as if we are at home. The roof terrace offers stunning view of the Jade Dragon mountain perfect for photo taking and chilled out with cup coffee. Must say the breakfast was good compared to others that we stayed before. The host would offer something different for the children which was really very nice and thoughtful. The thoughtfulness and attention to service details are highly appreciated! "We booked this stay for the last night of our anniversary trip! The accommodation is located within the old town, thus no cars are allowed to enter. However the hotel staff had already contacted me far in advance to arrange luggage pick up so arriving to the hotel was very easy! They also arranged a quieter room for us and surprised us with a cake too! We loved the stay, very different to your usual city hotels but regardless it had all the amenities we needed. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and location is quiet yet a stones throw away from tourist spots. "

"Reserved this place over other five star luxury modern hotels in the area because our business traveling group wanted a more local, authentic experience. We had high expectations which were exceeded. Situated in aruguably the best and quieter part of Old Town close to a preschool, Amy the owner was a wonderful host who made you feel like you are at home and kindly upgraded us to rooms with breathtaking views of the canal and mountain. We had an amazing and enchanting experience and marked this as a place to definitely revist with our friends and families later in the future! "

"Super great hotel, the service and quality is spectacular. They are very friendly to cyclists, which is amazing to see. They let us put our bicycles in their garage, and did so with a smile. They are very sweet, all of them, the rooms and building are beautiful, and it’s in an excellent location, right near Lijiang old town. They treated us with great care, and the price was excellent. We got excellent recommendations about what local food to try. There’s even some cute cats, and Koi fish in their garden, a fantastic hotel, and I can’t wait to come back.
