This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay.

The turtle staff
The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality ...
