Sep 6, 2025 Liked: Communication, location Mitigés sur ce logement. Bien que l’extérieur soit très agréable, bien meublé, ombragé, bénéficiant d’une piscine privative, et conforme aux photographies, il en demeure néanmoins un manque d’investissement notable de l’espace intérieur. En effet, le mobilier est tout au plus de la récupération : la table intérieur et les chaises sont des meuble de jardin, le meuble télé est un banc, destiné à accueillir lui même une télévision d’un autre temps et microscopique. Le « canapé » est tout simplement inconfortable. La cuisine équipée de seulement 2 plaques « chauffantes » ne permet pas de les utiliser en simultané. Le réfrigérateur est très petit. Quant à l’intimité si vous venez à plus d’un couple, il faudra ne pas y compter étant donné qu’aucune porte ne délimite les espaces. Pour continuer sur un point positif, l’emplacement est idéal, la propriété est calme mais située à proximité immédiate du centre ville. La literie est également très bonne. À mon sens un rapport qualité/prix excessif d’autant que le logement entièrement vitré ne bénéficie pas de la climatisation, ce qui rend l’espace de vie difficile à vivre en période estivale.
