“This was a 2 room apartment. It was spotlessly clean. Very nice bathroom. We only slept there, but there was a small microwave above the sink, so you could do oatmeal or microwave food, esp if wanting to have breakfast there. Kuerig coffee pot, some pods, and a few creamers...you'd need more if a couple folks don't want black coffee. A nice dorm style fridge for your food from home or leftovers from dinner! We were very impressed with this lovely place. Super quiet, 2nd floor porch/balcony with……

“Loved these accommodations. The space was bright and clean, and spacious enough for two to share comfortably. The location can't be beat--it's very close to the beach and the "main drag" of charming Ocean Grove. ”

“So my review actually isn’t about the cleanliness, the location, or the comfort. This is completely about the audacity of the host. We were contacted outside of Verbo from a man who wasn’t even the host claiming that he needed to give us some extra details about our stay. What are the details you ask? “Loved the property and the location! I gave only 4 stars because of the room, I messaged the owner about a few things I thought needed improvement. Otherwise, it had everything I needed. The pic is from the 1st floor balcony :)”

“Great place! Easy walk to beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. Lots of great restaurants in the area or on the boardwalk. Bobby made our visit easy; along with great communication! Really appreciated having beach passes provided, quiet house, and driveway parking. We had a great time!”

“Great room for a weekend in Asbury. Walkable to the Stone Pony. Plenty of parking.”

“Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience.”

“The room was clean, comfortable and close to the beach and Asbury Park.”
