Excellent Location and Setup For Family

We had six adults with separate rooms, with room for another couple with plenty of room. Great amenities, spa, bbq, ping pong, parking, great kitchen / family room layout with easy access to dining on the patio, and most importantly great bathroom to guest ratio!Finally, location, location, location. Easy walk to downtown dining and bars as well as Drake Park. And you can easily walk home after a river float.

Awesome House; Excellent Location to Downtown

The house was great, exactly as advertised. It was very nice to have such a short walk to everything downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this house again in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay at Awbrey

Our friend group loved staying in this home. It’s a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to coffee and restaurants in downtown Bend. The home was comfortably furnished and kitchen well stocked. The patio was perfect for hanging out or having a meal. It was nice to have parking for 3 cars on site and then more space on the street, if needed. We were all working remotely, so we didn’t get around to using the hot tub or ping pong table, but those are nice amenities. Communication with the property management was easy and they were very quick to respond.

Great 4th of July Weekend

Great place. Great Location. Only complaint was the AC couldn't keep up with the 100+ degree weather and the upstairs would get pretty warm but every bedroom had a ceiling fan so it was okay. Would recommend.

We loved the location in Bend and had lots of fun exploring the river, parks and downtown. The house was well outfitted, but could use a deep clean (dust, baseboards, kitchen, etc.). The property manager responded quickly to any issues we had.

Beautiful House - Truly walking distance to downtown Bend

Beautifully maintained house, truly walking distance to downtown Bend, located on a quiet street. The property manager was very easy to work with and highly repsonsive. 5/5 Would highly reccomend for a large family group that wants to be close to downtown Bend.

Great stay in Bend with Friends

Great property and perfect for 7 people ! Had lots of space and large kitchen and living area to gather . Beautiful home and very well supplied. In a great area and very close to downtown and river! Only suggestions we would give are adding blinds to upper windows in bedrooms and checking hot water heater as hot water for showers fluctuated

We really enjoyed our stay at your home in Bend. the location was perfect and the inside was very nice. You do need a battery in the key pad on the door of the room above the garage. we were able to call the after hours number and they told us where the key was located, so we just used that while we were there.

Perfect family getaway

Our family had the best stay at your property. We had our grandchildren with us and felt this home worked best for all of us. Close to town. We walked everywhere. We’ll be back for sure.

Lovely House

This house is exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, had everything we needed. The hot tub was great. Comfortable beds. In a quiet neighborhood, less than 5 minute walk over the bridge to town.

AMAZING LOCATION! WALKED EVERYWHERE

Wow this location truly couldn't be beat. We loved walking everywhere from this home. Downtown is just about 2 blocks away, a wonderful walk to get coffee in the moring or breakfast. The river is very close and the scenery is magic. The home was really nice, the kitchen had more than most VRBOS I've stayed in. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. If you're traveling from Oregon - bring a pillow ( only not comfortable item) we will stay again.

Great Property Close to Town

Very nice place do stay if you have visiting with a larger group. It is less than a 10 min walk to downtown. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great house, great location

The house overall is fantastic. Walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. A few things went wrong, but we managed and still loved our stay. The AC in the apartment wasn't working. We had a very warm 24 hours until the property management came and put in a stand up unit. The hot tub wasn't working for a few days of our stay. The upstairs bedrooms have several small windows with no window treatments. It's fine if you like to wake up at 5:30am, our family would have loved them to have blinds on the windows. Place was lacking some basic things most rentals have. No salt, pepper, and only 3 spoons. The great things are: close to town, very comfortable for families, appreciated the ping pong table, had tubes in the garage to float the river, outdoor space is lovely, bottle of wine and coffee waiting for us when we arrived, and the property management is very responsive. All in all, you'll love your stay here.
