“The day before we were supposed to arrive, I called to ask about getting a recliner in our room for my husband to sleep in, because his pain had gotten so severe that he wasn’t sleeping in a bed. His hip replacement surgery was scheduled for the morning after our arrival at the hotel. The desk clerk immediately upgraded our room to a handicap room with ground floor access and a chair in the room, because they didn’t have any recliners. She was so accommodating and sweet!! Once we arrived, the……

“This is a wonderful hotel! The night staff gentleman immediately changed our room to the type we needed, my mistake in booking, and gave us a choice of floors. The breakfast was phenomenal, it says buffet and they mean it! Warm full size cinnamon rolls, bacon, sausage, omelets, I could go on and on. Oh and freshly ground coffee!! It was very quiet and our granddaughter said the pool was just right and she had had a lot of experience with pools! And may I say thank you again to the staff person……
