All the staff members were very helpful especially “Dirk”. And The air conditioner was not very cooling. The air conditioner broke down at one time.

Bedsheets seemed unchanged and were dirty. Despite the hotel having 200 rooms and being nealry full, there was no housekeeping to change the sheets. IHG rewards are clearly for its shareholders not its guests. Potsdam is a beautiful town but restaurants we visited had really unfriendly service. Few take credit cards, so forget the 21st century, Potsdam should join the 20th century.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel die mangelnde Sauberkeit im Zimmer auf: Der Fußboden war stark verschmutzt und mit großen Flecken übersät, die Tagesdecke auf dem Bett wies ebenfalls Flecken auf. Besonders unangenehm waren die Haare in der Dusche, die offensichtlich noch vom vorherigen Gast stammten. Auch im Bad gab es Wasserflecken auf dem Boden, was den insgesamt ungepflegten Eindruck nur verstärkte. All diese Punkte wurden noch am Anreisetag an der Rezeption gemeldet, man versprach, sich darum zu kümmern – passiert ist allerdings nichts. Auch nach drei Tagen war keine Besserung festzustellen. Am vorletzten Tag wurde erneut auf die Mängel hingewiesen, doch auch das führte zu keiner Reaktion. Darüber hinaus fand die angekündigte tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers nicht statt – in den 3 Tagen wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Insgesamt hinterlässt der Aufenthalt einen sehr enttäuschenden Eindruck, vor allem weil auf berechtigte Beschwerden nicht reagiert wurde. Für uns war das leider das erste und letzte Mal in diesem Hotel.

Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit Parkmöglichkeiten

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, sauber. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen, es gibt bessere Cafés in der Nähe. Praktisch aber teuer ist die Tiefgarage, 25€/Tag. Insgesamt völlig in Ordnung bei perfekter Lage

Það var rakablettur í gluggatjöldum við rúmið. Síðan finnst mér ekki gott að hafa 1 stóra sæng í tvíbreiðu rúmi. Að lokum að þá var allt of heitt í herberginu. Að öðru leiti mjög gott, vel staðsett, snyrtilegt, vel við haldið. Frábært að hafa bílastæði í kjallaranum.
