Was super impressed with our room but also the staff were so kind and professional! Breakfast was good as well. I would prefer an outdoor pool but the pool was nice!

The front desk clerk was super friendly and informative. The hotel is an experience. Dont come here if you're looking for the Radisson or the Mariott. Come here if you like an artsy, unique, urban experience. There are no elevators (as far as I know) so be ready to climb some cool old narrow staircases. The parking looks sketchy as hell. They have a shared lot right next to a tattoo parlor about a half a block away. It is, however, lit up with good lighting and has a 24/7 security camera. Ultimately I felt safe enough leaving my car there and it came out unscathed, but my spouse was not super-impressed or comfortable with it.

Excellent place to stay with well appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. The swimming pool was the perfect place to cool off on a hot day along with its shaded cabana area. The location is very convenient for visiting Mountain Brook, Crestline Village and shopping.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I informed the front desk that I could no longer stay for the second night and requested a refund for the unused night. Instead of trying to help, I was told I could check out, but they could not guarantee a refund. They still charged me for both nights, even though I only stayed one night. It felt like I was being forced to pay for a room I didn't even use. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but the customer service was poor and there was no effort to work with me. The manager was unavailable, so there was no one who could address my concerns or make a decision. I've stayed at many hotels where payment is finalized at checkout, but this hotel charged my card at check-in. The entire situation was frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to others because of how this situation was handled.

5star spa/massage. Nice restaurant and bar. Guy that greeted us at the front door was so nice! Very nice place! Little Betty's nearby was a great place for fine dining>
