"The villa was the cleanest and best equipped we have stayed at in over 10 years of using holiday lets. There was everything needed, towels (for the bathrooms and pool) shower gel shampoo, wine coffee and home made marmalade from the orange trees in the garden, no need to bring so much stuff as we usually do . Andresin the host was friendly and attentive and wanted us to have the best possible holiday. "

Big plus: it is cycling friendly! Alaró is an ideal starting point for gorgeous rides across the Sierra de Tramontana as well as other sides of the island. Better than Alcudia or Port Dr Pollença in my opinion. Also quieter and more authentic. "

"What an amazing time we had at the Villa! Stunning place with beautiful rustic charm and a great pool and grounds. The bathrooms have recently been renovated and the bedrooms have a lovely rustic, old school appeal. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering great outdoor BBQ and the major supermarkets are only a 5min drive away. Great driving distance to all of the island too. The host was fantastic, very quick to sort out minor issues and made sure our stay wasn't affected, great communication in English and Spanish. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again! "

"Lovely stay. Our room had beautiful views, great for a relaxing time away. The town of Consell is within walking distance so made for a nice little venture out each day. Ate at the hotel restaurant a few times and the food was amazing. Special mention to Toni who served us lots of times during our stay, he was so helpful and friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Hoping to book again for next year we loved it there so much. "

"Son Real House is very autentic old Stone House. Fantastic views from the terrasse. Well it is informed that there is a dog and cats on the property, but not that they are staying inside! When Said dog is so nice. It is a must to have a car, as next bigger supermarked is in Inca. Also to g’et rit of trash to deposit is 3 km. Other than that a fantastic pool area and soroundings. "

"Property as it looks in photos and as we expected.Host was happy to accommodate our late check in time due to flight.Communication was good and he was very responsive to messages. Only slight negative was parking on the street could be tricky to find. Really central location if you want to explore the island or like us if you are here for climbing. Host also provided beach towels as well as normal towels which is an unusual bonus."
