Everything was great! Super friendly staff and very accommodating. I just wished they had at least one person that spoke some English at the front desk, however they did great in trying to understand and help us.

The room was very worn out in general. Floor and furniture looked like they have seen better days. Even though there is a kitchen, which was one of the reasons we chose to stay here, you have to give a $50 deposit to get to use the kitchen utensils, and if anything breaks, it will be taken from this. And it was pretty basic what you got, so not much real cooking happening! The bed was uneven, not comfortable, and pillows are hard. Have to say, that everything was very clean!

I booked this hotel from 11/19/23 to 11/25/23 just for the jacuzzi for my granddaughter and I had to leave on 11/20/23. When we arrive thereat 7.30Pm form JFK there was no water in the hotel. After several attempts to contact someone, we were told that the main pipe was broken. There were none of the following as mentioned in the advertisement: facial tissues, manicure, pedicure, soundproof rooms, restaurant, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, mini bar, room service, There was one receptionist there only and she speaks no English. This hotel is a mishap and Expedia should not be associated with it. Expedia was kind enough to give me a refund if the money I paid. Beware of this hotel's false advertisement..

Nuestra habitacion contaba con balcòn que daba hacia una calle con semáforo la cual la hacia ruidosa. El staff siempre fue muy amable. La limpieza era buena dependiendo de quien la diera,pues cada empleada limpiaba diferente. Lamentablemente nuestra habitacion no contaba con hot tub pero el baño era bastante comódo.

2nd stay. Booked before and after another stay at a different hotel outside the city. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff were pleasant and prompt. Had to have my room safe reset. Did not realize I had to pay more to have a couch or chair in my room. Towels were pretty ragged. Noisy area with poor views. No parking.
