“Excellent site with lots of things to do. The accomodation was clean and very airy. The location was ideal for us as it was near the end of Conningsbury runway which was one of main reasons for our visit. Nice bars, a little pricey, but a good choice of ale's and cocktails. No late partying which was good. Great location for all of the various visitor sites and airfield's. Good for getting to Lincoln also.”

“Asked for sea veiw, didnt get it. single room(314) very small, en suite not great broken sink plug, very small basin and a very uncomfortable toilet. Have had much better accomodation for less money. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Bar mostly unattended, a note saying go to reception if you require service. Generally disapointed so would not stay again. On the plus side a lovely building and good location. A shame as i was so looking forward to it.”

“What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!”

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked 2 nights and I only stayed one. Firstly the staff had a little bit of an attitude whilst we were checking in which we didn’t mind anyways. But once we started making way to our room we started to sense urine smells on the stairs and hallways on the way to our room. On the floor of our room there was another room blasting music from the moment we got there until the next morning and kept on going non stop. The staff didn’t really seem to care……

“This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again.”
