Quality towels and bed linen. Lounge, separate dining room, bathroom & separate shower room. Sunny secure walled garden There are three king size double beds - ALL of which are zip-link giving the option of SIX single beds, and a fourth double bed. (So no uncomfortable sofa bed). Quality pure cotton 400tc white bed linen and towels are provided. There is a bathroom with bath and shower above, and an additional shower room with luxury two man shower shower , both with WC. There are two reception rooms, a living room with flat screen television, DVD player, Ipod dock and large leather sofas. The dining room also has flat screen television and dvd, and a table seating 10 people. The kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher, microwave, oven ceramic hob, washing machine and separate dryer. The kitchen leads out to a pretty walled garden which can also be accessed by steps from the hall. The basement door is a regulation escape door, ie you must be able to open it with on hand. PLEASE NOTE, this door is LOCKED FROM THE OUTSIDE and cannot be opened from the outside. This entrance should only be used in cases of emergency. Bonus having a nice sun trapped courtyard to enjoy the last sun rays of the day. Great host very helpful throughout our booking.
