“Initial room smelled awful but we were moved to another that was too small. The room did not even have a hot water kettle which I think should be a basic amenity. The only positive was the staff being so nice and helpful.”

“Austin Condo Hotel is in a great downtown location, which made it easy to walk to most attractions, restaurants, and bars. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. Staff friendliness was a bit inconsistent—some were very helpful while others were less welcoming. Check-in is strictly after 4 PM, which was a little inconvenient, but they did allow us to store our luggage behind the desk until our room was ready.”
