It is very well located in the Las Cañitas neighborhood with a privileged view of the Campo Argentino de Polo and the Río de la Plata. Every detail is designed to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

This recently remodeled studio features a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, and dishes.

It is on the top floor of the building, accessed by an elevator to the 14th floor and then one extra floor by stairs.

The bathroom has a spacious shower with a screen, toilet, and good ventilation. In the hallway, there is a vanity and ample space for storing personal items.

The space includes a bed that can be easily stored to optimize space when not in use. Additionally, there is a table with four seats, perfect for dining or working.

Enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets from the 15th floor. The light and the view make the space special. Additionally, since it was recently remodeled, all the furniture is in perfect condition.

If you enjoy shopping, you have the Arcos Shopping Mall and El Solar Shopping Mall nearby. There’s also a nice place to walk and relax at Paseo Arzoumanian, and right next to it is the Argentine Polo Association, where you can watch polo matches. If you’re interested in history, you can visit the Historical Museum of the 1st Infantry Regiment "Patricios".Additionally, if you need medical attention, there’s a nearby hospital, the Military Hospital, and a pharmacy called Jockey Club just a block away. It’s also easy to get around the city, as there are many bus stops on Luis María Campos Avenue
