“This was a great find. I booked just three days in advance in the middle of vacation season. It was a great budget find. Super affordable. Parking was located on the inside of the hotel buildings which made me feel like my vehicle was safe and that I was safe walking to and from my vehicle. I had one of the queen bed sweets, and it was a great size room with different areas that separated the living and bedroom. My room was on the bottom floor and practically 10 steps from the sand! “Brooks & Dawn took care of us over the weekend with a Multitude of Customer Services Second to None. We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year. Our 1 complaint that doesn’t effect this Survey is Our Shower Curtain in Our Bathroom was a foot to short and the floors were very wet which we cleaned up every morning. Buy a Longer Shower Curtain……

“Can’t wait to return. Homey and comfortable. Our host was absolutely fabulous and was extremely interesting. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and just being helpful. It’s only a minute or two from the highway, but you’d never know it. Quiet. Feels remote. They have fishing poles, kayaks, life preservers, bicycles, and tons of books (especially local titles) games, on and on. Wonderful deck off each room to watch the water and wildlife. This place is a jewel. Recommend it highly. ”

“I really enjoyed our stay here. We were the only guests that night. The only thing I didn't like was the Deckside room has a nice jetted tub which makes for a really bad shower. Water runs around the edge of the tub and onto the floor. I didn't like mopping the floor. The room is beautiful and the house is charming. The breakfast was fine and the proximity to the beach and the pier was wonderful. I would stay again.”

“The Sanderling is absolutely magical. I entered check in and was greeted by Lisa who is so helpful and kind. Our king suite was roomy and offered amazing views and the decor is beautiful. The two pools, beach set up with chairs are umbrella are included. The property has a Lifesaving station restaurant. It is amazing to see how the rescues occurred off the coast years ago and see the museum pieces on display in the restaurant. We spent two nights and truly relaxed. I can’t wait to return.”
