On the floor 0, the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area in open space provide a feeling of great space and comfort. The large bathroom allows people with reduced mobility to use it without difficulty. The double bedroom, with built-in wardrobe and direct access to the outside, is ideal for those seeking a little more privacy throughout their stay. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. The bedroom with wardrobe, access to the common balcony and direct access to the bathroom is ideal for those seeking a more private and comfortable space. The bedroom with built-in wardrobe, access to the common balcony and direct access to the WC is perfect for those who wish to enjoy the view and the natural lighting. The large bedroom with built-in wardrobe is ideal for those who prefer a more spacious area. There are two bedrooms with two single sofa beds. The villa has a private semi-tropical garden, outdoor dining area and a nice small swimming pool to go bathing in on hot days. The totally unobstructed sea views and fantastic sunsets provide an atmosphere of serenity and tranquillity. This property, with garden and pool, offers a comfortable family atmosphere, in a quiet area and with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Maximum capacity for 10 persons. Wi-Fi available in all areas of the house. Private parking available for 2 cars. AREA This property is located on the west side, more specifically in Estreito da Calheta, the area with the most sun exposure in Madeira Island. At a 5-minute drive you can visit the centre of Calheta where you can find the Museum of Contemporary Art, a yellow sandy beach, a marina, several restaurants and a supermarket. Nearby, you will find some essential services such as a supermarket, a grocery store, a café and a pharmacy. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS \- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). \- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. Minor issues with a leaky bathroom sink was sorted immediately. We were amazed at the quick response we received when messaging our representative Dymitry. Pool is small but perfect for cooling off. Lovely gardens and excellent sea views. The Villa is up a steep hill so car is essential but if you fancy the challenge of climbing the hill back up there is a supermarket and pharmacy at the bottom. Au vu du prix de la prestation nous attendions aussi une piscine plus grande, et quelques aménagements intérieurs ( WC séparés par exemple, barbecue...). Nous recommanderions sans souci dans l'ensemble, mais le rapport prix/prestations nous parait moins avantageux que d'autres maisons louées sur cette ile à la même période. ##### frederique r.
