“I liked the room and was happy to spend time there; however, on the third night a stranger (man) used his fob to open my door waking me up in the middle of the night. He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again. ”

“The booking process was a bit complicated. Sending a pic of my drivers license and a selfie! Really? The process was too much!! Room was just what I expected. It was comfortable. Dealing with Cozy Suites was horrible. I received emails with different addresses for the property, ambiguous instructions for access to the building. When I finally got into the building I received a key that didn’t work. After several phone calls I got a key that worked. I will never deal with Cozy Suites again!!EVER”

“We were satisfied, but the Argyle definitely is not for everbody. We had a cute second floor, one bedroom unit. It was clean and had a nice street view. But this may have been the noisiest room that I've stayed in a long time. The unit was on a main artery with traffic all night long, including frequent emergency vehicles. Also, the hvac unit was between the living area and the bedroom. But perhaps worst of all was the bathroom exhaust fan which sounded much like a vacuum cleaner when in use,……
