But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. “Excellent place to stay right across from the event center we were attending. Beautiful suite albeit a bit pricey. Plenty of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and parking in the garage was free. The only wrinkle was the “free parking” was $40\. A quick call to customer service and it was decided we would pay the charge to be released from the garage and the fee would be refunded promptly. Less than a week and the refund is on the way. “We enjoyed our stay very much. When we arrived, the space was spotless and comfortable, very welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend a stay here as it is located in walking distance to great shopping, dining, and various other entertainment options, and is comparable to most hotels in the area, but way better than staying in a hotel room. Felt right at home.”

“Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in……
