“Fabulous place, recently renovated and super clean. Close to restaurants and shopping in a great little community. Easy drive to Grand Rapids. Will stay again if in the area!”

“Everything was great except there are 2 hotels with the same name except North or South. Be careful when you put in your GPS to enter the one you are booked into. We ended up at the wrong one at midnight and had a hard time finding the correct one.”

“I will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasn’t ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away! ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told “I’ll talk to them”… I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am! Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730……

“Very comfortable room with a couch and end table. Nice counter space and nice walkin shower in Bathroom. Good bagels. Coffee insert not compatible with the coffee maker. Toilet seat installed incorrectly. No Detroit Tigers station on TV. No freezer for blue ice in mini fridge. Inedible sausage. Some sort of imitation cardboard for breakfast. Oranges were tasteless. Must have been picked green.”

“The breakfast is a joke. We stayed two nights. Hardly anything to eat. Good looked like it had been there for a while. Way below Hilton standard.”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room overall was not clean, nor were the towels originally when we arrived. Big light brown spot on a couple of them. Found bug guts smeared on the wall. Several other minor spots where things just weren't clean. Parking was fine, breakfast was simple but fine (couple of days very fresh and delicious bananas). First night we were there, woken up around 5:00 am for an ice machine that kept running without end. In the end, I'd rather have paid more for a……
