Sand was on the floor when we arrived, door was hard to open. Beds were hard, we had to ask for them to clean the room every day. Too nosy on the broad walk at night.

I did not like that the dresser drawers were all dirty and dusty. Could not put any clothes in the drawer. The microwave didn’t work to heat food up in. There was no hot water the night before checking out or the morning of checking out. Stains were on the walls in the bathroom. I was disappointed with my stay and the motel could be fixed a little better. It was not worth the price.

Pros: Great location, right on the beachfront boardwalk / Beautiful beach / Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby / Two pools (one indoor and one rooftop). Cons: Limited parking, and you have to walk a few minutes from the parking area to the hotel / The property is supposed to be smoke-free, but not all guests follow the policy. Our room smelled like marijuana when we arrived, and the odor came back from time to time when other guests were smoking / The kitchenette was only equipped with one pot. There were no utensils or dish towels / Very little storage space, and the only dresser with drawers was broken. We had a room with a "city view," and each morning the garbage truck came to pick up the trash at 5 AM.
