“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. The only downside was the loud noise from the air conditioning unit, which made a distinct clicking sound, like an old plastic switch, every time it turned off automatically. This was quite……

“I was there for a conference. the location to the convention center is really close and many restaurants and pharmacy and Target nearby. ”

“Our stay was outstanding! My husband and I were there on what we called our “mini-moon” after getting married last year. The service was absolutely wonderful! We were greeted with warm smiles and once we told them the occasion we were celebrating, our room had a plate of macaroons, bottle of champagne, and a sweet note. Also the room was exceptionally cleaned. It was really the best way to celebrate the start of our marriage😊”

“Clean and convenient ”

“This is our third stay at this property this year, and this room was by far the nicest room yet. We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result. The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant.”

“Small bit of old used toilet paper on bathroom trash can, otherwise clean. TV's/remote could use an upgrade. Shows kept glitching and the remotes didnt work great. Pillows were nice, if you like extra soft ones. Freezer leaking into fridge, not a big deal, just wet hands when you go to grab something. Staff was incredible. They were SO welcoming and kind. We were staying the night for my birthday and the Av's game. Jorden in Elements restaurant at night was on top of our late night meal after……

“My corner room was very quiet, clean and spacious. The morning breakfast had new options every day, and the biscuits and gravy really tasted like homemade.”

“Staff was courteous however, the restaurant and bar closed early. The pillows were to small and the mattress to firm. Other Ritz properties have different bedding.”
