The villa benefits from two beautiful reception rooms, with the principal offering a large open plan kitchen diner with sitting area and terrace access; ideal for entertaining. A WIFI access is also on hand to this fabulous room, whilst all the must-have appliances are to hand for carefree dining and entertaining.

The chic and tranquil interior continues to delight, within the appeal of the second reception room which boasts floor-to-ceiling picture windows and offers a contemporary twist on a traditional garden room. Ideal for daytime relaxing, this beautifully-lit room allows guests to sit back and take in the views, relax with an informal breakfast or reach the sunny terrace outside, for summertime enjoyment. A second fully-fitted designer kitchen also features within the villa, enabling two families, groups or extra guests such as nannies to enjoy an added dose of privacy and independence during their stay.

The villa’s sleeping accommodation is equally dramatic in style and finish, with scenic views across the woodland to serve as a timeless and truly enchanting back drop to each of the 4 bedrooms. Groups of 10 will easily be able to enjoy a good night’s rest to the two double bedrooms (one offers terrace access), the third bedroom with single pull out bed (also offers terrace access), the fourth bedroom with double sofa bed and the extra double sofa bed to the living room. Three contemporary-fitted luxury shower rooms complement the sleeping arrangements, whilst private laundry facilities complete the internal layout of this sleek and sumptuous family home.

The private grounds of the villa offer a true taste of tranquillity, with far reaching views across the mountainous woodland to serve as a timeless and evocative vista for all seasons. The expansive grounds feature a well-tended sunny lawn ideal for children to play on, a sunny large terrace with BBQ alfresco dining area and a gorgeous private outdoor swimming pool complemented by a set of modern sun loungers.

From its exclusive and serene holiday setting, the local amenities of the well-serviced mountain town of San Fedele Intelvi are close to hand.

The tranquil mountainside setting offers close proximity to the vibrant, well-connected lake shore of Argegno in the east (14 minutes drive) and the breathtaking lakeshore of Lake Lugano in the west (13 minutes drive).

Ancient Argegno offers the perfect base from which to enjoy the very best of Lake Como. With its charming cafes, authentic restaurants, quaint harbour and dramatic River Telo passing through, timeless Argegno also offers passenger ferry crossings to Como and a main lake road which is serviced by a frequent western shore bus service that operates towards Menaggio and Como.

The delights of the Central Lake are also within a 6 minute drive away from Argegno; making it the ideal base from which to enjoy day trips to the many famous attractions, including nearby Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta. A fabulous selection of family Lidos in Ossuccio, Lenno, Tremezzina and Menaggio alongside a wealth of authentic lakeside cafes and restaurants also offer the ideal daytime indulgence here in the summertime. A treasure trove of picturesque resort towns including Bellagio and Varenna can also easily be reached by taking the ferry from Cadenabbia (30 minutes drive away).

With the wide selection of nearby leisure pursuits including water sports, boat hire, sailing, golf, tennis, hiking, extreme sports and Italian Alp skiing, even the most active guests will be kept amused!
