From Rachel,Demetrius,Kris and everyone at front desk, housekeeping,maintenance, the morning staff at breakfast to the pool area bartender were amazing. The pool area was very clean as was the hotel. "The receptionist was extremely rude, which made us feel that we had made a mistake booking this place as soon as we arrived. We were also required to wait four hours to check in. The hotel offered a scavenger hunt game for the kids. My daughter spent a significant amount of time completing all the tasks so she could receive the prize. However, when she went to claim it, the receptionist was again very rude and did not even seem to care whether the tasks had been completed or not. At the very least, it would have been nice if the staff had shown a little interest or encouragement, especially in front of a child. There’s something missing here in this place! Have an open mind if you decide to go."

"Great location. Wonderful staff. Needs a bit of updating but they will get there! Great place for families with older kids. We could let teens kids go to beach and we could still them. pool overlooking the beach. All the staff we meet were very nice and helpful. This was our first time there but we will come back"
