I texted Matt and asked if he would call me so we could chat about his rental; I have now waited a week and he apparently is not interested in my thoughts. So, I guess I’ll post them to keep others from being disappointed. This is a cute Little Blue Cottage, but I arrived at around 6:00 PM and it was totally dark-no porch light was left on, and house was unlit…not very……

“Lovely house in a mixed building area. Too far from most areas, but quiet. The back patio was very dirty as was the only chair on deck. The front chair was broken and not usable. House itself is nice and nicely decorated. No dishwasher, so keep that in mind. ”

“We stayed here while working on a project, and it was honestly one of the best stays I’ve had. The house was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The neighborhood felt safe, the neighbors were friendly, and the location was very convenient with a grocery store just a couple blocks away and a great pizza place nearby.I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”
