“Great location! Close to beach and downtown. Condo has been mostly remodeled. New furniture, cute but also tastefully done nautical theme. Nice to have 2 sofa beds! Bathroom was a little rough. Dated and worn faucets, shower, knobs etc. Mattress was very hard. Screened in porch was a little dirty and there was a rotten smell outside. Maybe gas?
