The location really can’t be beat. Fantastic shower pressure and a comfy bed made for a fine stay if that is what you are looking for. However, I had no reservation ahead of time but walked in after fining a great rate online. The front desk quoted me a rated that was 27% higher and stated she couldn’t match the online price but I could book it online and check in. Ok. I booked the reservation on Expedia and then proceeded to wait at the counter for 10 mins while she was helping someone on the phone. It seems more staff would be helpful as a small line formed behind me. Two reasons for the four stars along with the check in: the view—it was of a rooftop with utilities. Not in the distance, just right out the window, no other thing in sight. No sidewalk, no other building, just a rooftop (I was on floor two). Lastly, the hallways were confusing to find elevators and parking ramps. This is the only hotel I’ve ever been to that does not have signage for these items. No sign stating rooms 100-125 to the right, 125-150 to the left. Seems so basic and was a big miss for me.

Everyone was very helpful throughout our stay. Our Tower Suite was wonderful and amenities were great.

The only thing I didn't like about my room was no window to the outside. If I slid my floor to ceiling drapes open, the was a hallway With a whole wall of windows on the other side but then anyone walking down the hall had a full open view of my room with no privacy. That wall should be 6 foot or 6.5 feet tall with a window all the way across to allow light from the hallway window to enter the rooms and still give you privacy.

Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets

The building was clean and kept up well. I really enjoyed the location and having a shuttle to the hospital. The only downfall I saw was the amount you pay per night to park, $20, seems a little steep and there was not enough parking with the construction and painting blocking off spots.
